The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) is a university-level entrance exam conducted by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) for admission into B.Tech and Integrated M.Tech programs. The exam is held in multiple phases each year in a Remote Proctored Online Mode (RPOM), allowing you to take the test from your home using a laptop or desktop with a webcam.

The exam is conducted in three phases to offer flexibility. According to College Pravesh, the schedule is as follows:

Exam Pattern & Marking Scheme

The exam tests your knowledge of high school subjects (Class 11 & 12) through multiple-choice questions. 

 

• Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
• Total Questions: 130 MCQs.
• Marking: Each correct answer earns 1 mark, and there is no negative marking.
• Subjects:
  • Mathematics/Biology: 40 questions.
  • Physics: 35 questions.
  • Chemistry: 35 questions.
  • English: 5 questions.
  • Aptitude: 15 questions. 

     

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: You must have passed (or be appearing for) Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and one other subject (Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science, etc.).
• Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM/PCB is generally required, though some campuses may accept 50%.
• Nationality: Both Indian nationals and NRI/PIO/OCI candidates are eligible to apply.
